This week the Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas is offering the third edition of one of its most popular online courses, the webinar “How to Write for the Web.” Taught by veteran journalist Guillermo Franco, this newest version of the course, offered in Spanish, has been expanded from two to four hours, and will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, July 12-13. Knight Center repeats popular online course in Spanish “How to Write for the Web”

Due to heavy demand for the online course in Spanish, “How to Write for the Web,” the Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas is offering the second version of the class this year, March 14–April 17, 2011.

The course is taught by Colombian journalist Guillermo Franco and is based on his book How to Write for the Web. It combines exercises and concepts to help journalists understand how to write for digital platforms. Read more »

Journalists from Latin America and the Caribbean can now register for the 2nd edition of “How to Write for the Web,” a webinar taught by Guillermo Franco, author of a book by the same name.
